Halloween comes early
I have prepared a mix CD-R for a brandnew blog I’m helping with, on the theme of Halloween (I made a cover, too, to show how “creative” I am). So, get in early for the celebration of the feast day of All Saints, with all the pumpkins and trick-and-treating, even in parts of the world where there is no tradition of such things.

“Dead Man’s Dream” would’ve been the obvious Procol Halloween song, (followed by “Something Following Me” and maybe “Mabel” among others). But the eerie “Salty Dog” with its imagery of the Mary Celeste…(Wreck of the Hesperus already covered) a very subtle choice. Nice to see someone remembering PH
Johnny Cash, and you didn’t take ” Ghost Riders In The Sky ” ?
Ghost Riders was too obvious, I thought. “Hung My Head” is perhaps more eerie, with its denouement.
Hey cheers for the kind comments. Just starting out and trying to work it all out. Nice to see what a fully formed blog looks like! Nice work!
